    For every four people: Choose 3 between:

    Chef’s Russian: Russian salad with homemade shrimp mayonnaise, mackerel and prawns.
    Sardines of the day on our boat
    Assorted homemade croquettes (cheese and jalapeños, squid in its ink, Iberian acorn-fed ham)
    Spinach salad, lamb’s lettuce, walnuts, raisins, melon, apple, mustard vinaigrette and balsamic cream.
    Sautéed asparagus with boletus, tender garlic and soybeans.

    Main ( 1 per person):

    Sea bass fillet “a la roteña” (sea bass cooked in the oven with red and green peppers, garlic, parsley, pepper, onion and tomato with baked potatoes).
    Black Angus beef burger (served with crispy sweet potato, caramelized onion, cheese and kimchi mayonnaise).
    Mixed Paella (Minimum 2 persons)
    Vegetable Paella (Minimum 2 persons)

    Desserts:

    Tasting of seasonal fruits with mango ice cream and chocolate grid.

    Beverages:

    Water, sparkling water, soft drinks, tinto de verano (2 per person)
    Open bar with free draft beer during the meal
    A mixed drink (glass) of first brands (not Premium) per person.
    A chill-out area will be set up for groups with music.
    In the same area each group will have its table during the day.
